Winnie Ary – President, Ary Group, Inc.
Winnie has been a nationally recognized consultant, author, trainer and professional speaker for years
and is now looking forward to retirement. She has had a tremendous impact on sales and customer service in office products
dealerships nationwide, tailoring her programs and consulting efforts specifically to the needs of each company. Winnie
formed the Ary Group following a successful sales career that led her to top management positions. Well known for her dynamic,
motivational presentations and for her direct communication style, Winnie was awarded the National Speakers Association’s
prestigious Certified Speaking Professional designation in 1998.
With full retirement near, Winnie has licensed the content of her Prospecting and Developing New Business
program to S.P. Richards. |

Larry Goodman – Director
of Marketing, S.P. Richards Company
Larry Goodman is Director of Marketing for S.P. Richards Company. In this role, Larry helps to guide the
development of the S.P. Richards Market Share Development program and manages marketing resources that include Create-a-Flyer,
ARM cards and the Business Development CD. He also oversees S.P Richards’s corporate communications, which include
corporate and program marketing collateral and S.P. e-mail Alerts.
For S.P. Richards’s Advantage Dealers, Larry also serves as a creative resource for maximizing use of SPR marketing
tools. Larry joined S.P. Richards in 1984.

Bob Kelly – Vice
President of Sales Operations
Bob Kelly is Vice President of Sales Operations for S.P. Richards Company. In this role, Bob is responsible
for directing and supporting S.P Richards’s field sales organization. His specific areas of responsibility include
sales strategy, sales planning, sales organization and sales management development, sales reporting, incentive compensation,
and sales force automation.
For S.P. Richards’s Advantage Dealers, Bob also serves as a resource for improving sales force effectiveness,
and regularly works with dealers on issues related to sales strategy, sales process management, Sales Representative performance
management, and sales compensation plan design. Bob joined S.P. Richards in 2002. |

Bill Kuhn – William
E. Kuhn & Associates
Bill is a noted lecturer, writer and consultant with over 35 years of management and consulting experience.
He conducts workshops and consults in strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and organizational/people issues.
On assignments ranging from startups and fast growth to corporate turnarounds, he works closely with dealer principals
and business owners.
Bill’s management experience includes positions as President of a large office products dealer as
well as turnaround President of a high-tech firm. He has been active on Boards of Directors of corporations throughout
the U.S., and has served as an officer and director in numerous professional and civic organizations. Bill conducts a portion
of his business in the United Kingdom where he and his wife own a second home built in the 16th century.
A Phi Beta Kappa, Bill earned his B.A. from the University of Colorado and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business

Tom Maley – VP of
Business Development, S.P. Richards Company
Tom Maley is VP of Business Development at S.P. Richards Company. He is responsible for corporate financial
analysis activities including financial forecasting, benchmarking, business planning, and industry analysis. Tom brings
a focused approach to identifying and analyzing possible acquisitions and assessing possible strategic alliances for S.P
Richards. Prior to joining SPR in 2002, Tom held various financial/business development positions with KPMG Consulting,
Intermedia Communications and the Continental Basketball Association (CBA).
Tom has been instrumental in developing and interpreting S.P. Richards’ bi-annual Dealer Financial & Operational
Profile. |

Nancy Stern – Communication
Expert
Although trained in educational theater, after 10 years as a producer, director, and educator, Nancy translated
her finely honed skills to consulting, speaking, and training. She quickly became highly regarded as a speaker with a message—one
who leaves exhilarated audiences with practical tools for immediate use. She has a Master’s Degree in Communication
Education and studied improvisation with the well known theatre group, Second City. She’s an Emmy award-winner who
also produced and appeared in the national PBS television series “Communicating With Nancy Stern.”

Chris Whiting – Director
of Sales & Marketing, S.P. Richards Company
Chris Whiting is Director of Sales & Marketing for the fast growing Cleaning & Breakroom Supplies
(CBS) business at S.P. Richards. His role is to drive the CBS category to new levels in support of our dealers needs to
expand into this profitable niche category. Specifically, Chris is charged with providing focus and training so our dealers
can be successful. This includes extensive category management, marketing program development, and key vendor relationship
building.
Chris joined S.P. Richards in March of 2004 and is a perfect fit for this responsibility as his background is in the Jan/San
and Foodservice Distribution channels. Twenty years of experience with companies such as Scott Paper and Georgia-Pacific
gives Chris the insight into the category that is needed to help make S.P. Richards’ dealers successful in this category.
